Here's a pretty good example of a pop under offer.  I can't remember where on the web I was when this offer popped into my screen but I think it's a pretty good example of an optin offer.

There are a few things that make this a good optin offer.

1. It's targeted.  The headline is the point.  It says "Book Lover?"

2. It states the offer clearly.

3. It's a good offer.  A free chapter a day.

4.  Privacy policy.  Check.

5.  The image matches the offer.  Books . . . book lovers!

I'd sure be curious to know the stats on this but I bet they get a great conversion rate.
