Sorry that this example is a bit fuzzy but I was in a rush when I captured it. That doesn't mean that it isn't a great example of email collection.
Who says you need to have a sophisticated method to start building your list. Simply ask for the email.
I had lunch at this restaurant last week and noticed they were asking you to join their list right in their menu! Simple and effective.
