What's an autoresponder and why do I need one?
You've seen an autoresponder if you've ever received an "I'm out of the office until Wednesday next week" message. Our autoresponders are much more sophisticated than that. We set email autoresponders for 7 key applications with the most important being the first 7.
You've heard the old marketing expression, "It takes 7 contacts to make an impression." This is even more true in email.

How do I track open rates and effectiveness?
We track 7 key metrics after every email blast. We communicate these stats back to you so you can see which messages are having the most impact. You'll never be out of the loop on how your email campaigns are doing.

I have thousands of customers with email addresses because I send out a transactional email (invoice). Is it too late to email them?

What software should I use?
If you don't have an email platform, we'll spend some time to evaluate your needs and make a recommendation that suits you.
Not all email marketing software providers are created equal.
Using the wrong one can be your first and biggest mistake.
I'm already using Constant Contact. Do I have to switch?
We don't make you switch if you have a platform. We're familiar with a variety of email marketing systems like Constant Contact, Aweber, Vertical Response, Infusionsoft, MyEmma, MailChimp, and iContact. We'll make sure you're using your account to its full potential.
I am getting a 15% open rate now. How can I get my open rate higher?
Test, test, test. We love a challenge like this. We'll tell you the two main contributors to high open rates and we'll show you how to improve. More opens = more readers.
I use Outlook for my email. Is that ok?
Only if you have nothing but time on your hands. We use MS Outlook ourselves for one on one email. But never, never, never for email marketing to a list over 100 people.
How do I avoid being blacklisted or accused of being a spammer?
Don't spam. Sorry, couldn't help it. There are many ways to get blacklisted and to trigger more than normal amounts of spam complaints.
